This is a great time of the year when there are a number of marathons happening in various countries. The sports activity of marathon has become extremely popular in a couple of years due to the active involvement of the people. As most of the people are beginners and are running their first ever marathon, they are unaware of the marathon tips and tricks.

Marathon is not just to run with a group of people. It rather requires complete training and practice to conduct the marathon in the best manner. To begin with, the person running the marathon should be aware of the fact how to run a marathon. Unless and until you are aware of the basics of the marathon, you cannot reach the maximum level of accomplishment in the sport.

5. Don’t be too harsh on yourself: Running in the marathon requires you to challenge yourself in many ways but always remember not to be too harsh on yourself. It is okay to miss some of the deadlines and to not be on time. This doesn’t mean that you are less than from anyone else. Always remember to run at your own comfort and pace.
