There are many cruel leaders who frightened the public through their ruthless rule. Here are the lists of cruel leaders of today starting from the ancient history. These leaders do not care about the public rather they do many harsh things to achieve their motives of immorality, power, and domination. This list includes of sociopathic religious leaders, deceptive political commentators, mass-murdering dictators, insane politicians, psychopathic serial killers and many others. These meanest leaders have troubled the people through their worst rule.
- Pol Pot
He is the cruel leader of Khmer Rouge & holds the position of Cambodia prime minister from 1976-1979. He then becomes the Cambodia leader on 17th April 1975. His government has killed & displaced numerous innocent people. As a result, the people are left behind with hardship, starvation, poor medical care, malnutrition, and disease. About 1 million people died out of execution, torture and forced labor during his drastic communist government. His main aim is to destroy the Cambodia civilization and change it to a new age.

He holds the title of famous bad leaders in history. He is the main cause of Holocaust and World War II. About 10 million people died and suffered due to his cruelness and 6 million Jews were murdered in his rule. He committed suicide by cyanide poisoning and gunshot in the year 1945.

He was the cruel ruler of Huns from 434-453. Attia is regarded as one of the worst rulers in ancient history. He robbed Balkans by crossing the Danube twice but does not able to conquer Constantinople. After that, he planned to defeat Roman Gaul. He was the ruler of Hunnic Empire which extends from Ural River to Rhine River & Danube River to Baltic Sea. He has invaded Italy by destroying the northern regions through he cannot conquer Rome. He passed away in earlier months of 453.

Vlad Tepes is the kind of Wallachia from 1456 -1462. He is well-known for destroying is enemies through impalement. This cruel kind imposed harsh punishments at the time of his rule & served as insight for vampire legends. His torture will be like skinning, burning, strangling, disemboweling, facial & rectal impalement, boiling, burying people alive, decapitating etc. He is the most cruel kings in history because he impaled many people in Amlas city including 20,000 men, children, and women.

He was the emperor and founder of Mongol Empire from 1206-1227. By that time, he defeated most part of China and conquered all the land via the Caspian Sea. This empire has turned to be the biggest contiguous kingdom after his demise. He defeated most part of Eurasia and brought Mongolian Nomadic Tribes under his control. He attained power by combining many tribes of Northeastern Asia. He was the bloodthirsty, cruel, vengeful and ruthless leader of history. He and his military army have destroyed plenty of soldiers, children, civilian and cities.
